1. Your Idea Comes to Life. It all starts with you. Whether you have a specific idea, an inspirational photo, a drawing, or a precious gem you'd like to showcase, our team is ready to listen. During this phase, you can choose from a vast selection of high-quality gems , the fruit of years of research and direct selection in the mines, guaranteeing highly competitive prices. For special requests, we rely on our direct mine suppliers to source the perfect gem. We'll discuss the concept together and evaluate the best options to kick off your project.
2. Design, Accurate Estimate, and 3D Preview Once we fully understand your idea, we'll transform it into a detailed design and provide you with an accurate estimate . Only after you accept the estimate and pay a small deposit will we proceed with the creation of a 3D rendering (or a wax model) to give you a faithful and realistic preview of the final result. This step allows us to refine every detail before the physical realization.
3. Artisanal Creation Only after your full approval of the design and the 3D (or wax) model will our master goldsmiths bring your jewelry to life. From the model, we will proceed with casting (if in 18kt gold), gem-setting, engraving, and all the necessary finishing touches. Each step is scrupulously monitored to ensure optimal results and uncompromising excellence.
