Refund policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN INFORMATION

Except as otherwise provided in the following paragraph and in the cases expressly provided for by Article 59, first paragraph, of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without stating a reason, within 14 days from when you or a third party designated by you (i) receive the product or (ii) in the case of multiple products delivered separately in a single order, receive the last product. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact GEM VALUE by sending a request to info@golcondagioielli.it.

If you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be refunded for payments made, excluding shipping costs. It is understood that the refund will be made at our sole discretion by transferring it to your bank account or by issuing a voucher to be spent in our store for the value of the amount spent. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise specified by us. Refunds may be withheld until the goods are received and the Quality Department has demonstrated that the goods were delivered in compliance with the following provisions. Please note that the products must be returned in perfect condition, specifically:

The product and its packaging must be in the same condition in which they were received.
The document containing the item's certification must be intact and in perfect condition.
The shopping bag must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

The costs of collecting the goods and the cost of returning them are the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded.

EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

We inform you that pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter c) of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of "custom-made or clearly personalized products." With reference to the aforementioned exclusion of the right of withdrawal, you are informed and accept that "custom-made or clearly personalized products" include products indicated as customizable in the relevant information sheet, following their personalization upon your request. In particular, we remind you that rings that have been modified at your specific request, for example, for re-sizing, cannot be resold under any circumstances and therefore cannot be returned.
